Returning Customer Discount

• 5% discount for a 5-7 day stay
• 10% discount for 8+ days stay
• If payment is made with a credit or debit card the discount is reduced to 3%.
• The discount does not apply for a single (1) night stay.
• The discount remains the same if the reservation is pre-paid.

Applying to all guests

• Pre-paid reservations have a 4% discount
• Reservations for more than 7 days have a 5% discount
• The discount remains the same if the reservation is pre-paid.
• If the reservation is paid by credit or debit card the discount is reduced to 3%.
• Extra taxes. Overnight tax of 0.50 per day. It is paid only in cash.

• Send us an email confirming your name, address and number of days you wish to stay
• We confirm your request and send you a bank account number
• You make a deposit;30% of the total payment within 5 working days
• You email us the copy of the bank transaction
• Your reservation is now valid

• 15 days before arrival 60% charge
• 30 days before arrival 30% charge
• 50 days before arrival 15% charge
• More than 50 days before arrival: No charge.
• Any check-out prior to the scheduled date will be charged 100% of the total payment.
